Central Bank of India Apprentice 2024 Vacancy

Central Bank of India Apprentice 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

A qualified applicant should belong to one of the following categories:

i) A Citizen of India

ii) A subject of Nepal

iii) A subject of Bhutan

iv) A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, for permanent settlement

v) An individual of Indian origin who has relocated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, as well as from the East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Uganda, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zaire and Vietnam, intending to establish permanent residency in India.

Note:- It is essential to note that candidates falling under (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) categories must have an eligibility certificate issued by the Indian Government.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Applicants must have a birth date falling between 1 April 1996, and 31 March 2004, as of the cut-off date. However, there is a provision for relaxation in the upper age limit for some special categories such as ST/SC//OBC/PWBD, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Government of India.

Educational Qualification

An applicant should hold a bachelor's degree (in any field) from an accredited university or possess equivalent qualifications acknowledged by the Central Government. Additionally, candidates should have completed their graduation and obtained the passing certificate after 31 March 2020.

6. Complete the application form by uploading the necessary documents and making the required payment.

Application Fees

Central Bank of India Apprentice Selection Process 2024

Candidates intending to apply for the CBI Apprentice position should review the selection process beforehand. CBI Apprentice Selection Process consists of the following two stages:-

(i) Online Written Test (objective type):

1. The online written examination comprises five parts:
   1. Quantitative, Reasoning Aptitude, General English and Computer Knowledge
   2. Basic Retail Liability Products
   3. Basic Retail Asset Products
   4. Basic Investment Products
   5. Basic Insurance Products
2. Selection is based on merit concerning available vacancies.
3. A Merit List will be designed according to the vacancies.
4. In case multiple candidates score the same marks in the Merit List, their ranking will be determined according to their age in descending order.

(ii) Local Language Proof:

• Applicants are required to exhibit competence in the regional language.
• A certificate of VIII/X/XII or Graduate level, indicating the study of one subject in the local language, needs to be produced.

Central Bank of India Apprentice 2024 Salary

For the Central Bank of India Apprentice vacancies, the monthly stipend is set at Rs. 15,000 for branches in Rural, Semi-urban, Urban, and Metro areas. As per the organization's policy, apprentices are not entitled to any additional allowances or benefits. The engagement period for the Apprentice positions is 12 months (1 Year).
