AIIMS CRE - 4 Notification 2025

AIIMS is conducting this recruitment drive to recruit eligible candidates to fill a total of 1383 vacancies of Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts in healthcare, technical, and administrative domains for various AIIMS institutions across the country.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their scores in the Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by the skill tests for some posts, and Document Verification. AIIMS CRE Vacancy Details 2025

AIIMS CRE Vacancy 2025 has been announced through the official notification PDF, and it includes 1383 Group B and C vacancies for different AIIMS institutes across the country. The posts include Senior Nursing Officer (Staff Nurse Grade-I), Staff Nurse Grade-I (Sr. Nursing Officer), Upper Division Clerk, OT Assistant, Pharmacist, Junior Medical Lab Technologist, Multi-Tasking Staff, and others.

AIIMS CRE Eligibility Criteria 2025

The AIIMS CRE Notification 2025 mentions the Eligibility Criteria for each post under the CRE-4 recruitment. Candidates’ eligibility will be treated as provisional and will depend on the details they enter in the online application form. Candidates applying for the AIIMS Common Recruitment Examination 4 must be Indian citizens. 

AIIMS CRE-4 Age Limit & Relaxation

The AIIMS CRE Upper Age Limit depends on the nature of the post and the experience required from the candidate. The minimum age of the candidates applying for the CRE position at AIIMS must be 18 years as on the closing date of the online application.

AIIMS CRE Application Process 2025

The online application process for the AIIMS CRE-5 started on 14 November 2025. Candidates interested in applying for this examination should follow the steps given below to fill out their application form through the AIIMS Assessment & Examination Portal:

Step 1: Visit the AIIMS Examination Portal at aiimsexams.ac.in and navigate to the Recruitment section. 

Step 2: Click on the Common Recruitment Examination tab and click on the “Common Recruitment Examination - 4 (CRE-4)” Link

Step 3: A New Page having “Create a new Account” and “Login to Apply” will appear on your page. If you have not registered before, complete your registration with all necessary details. Then, proceed to fill out the AIIMS CRE-4 application form

Step 4: Upload the required scanned copy of your documents, such as your photograph, signature, and other supporting certificates. 

Step 5: After uploading the documents, proceed to pay the application fee. CRE application Fees can be paid online through Netbaking, credit/debit card, or through UPI. 

Step 6: Verify all the details you have entered in the application form. Once confirmed, submit your AIIMS CRE-4 application.

AIIMS CRE-4 Application Fees 2025

To complete the AIIMS CRE Application Process, candidates must pay the required application fee according to the AIIMS guidelines. The category-wise AIIMS CRE-4 application fees are listed in the table below:

• Candidates who want to apply for the different groups through the AIIMS CRE Online form must have to pay a separate application fee for each group.
• Candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories will receive a refund after the result declaration.

AIIMS CRE 2025 Selection Process

The AIIMS CRE Selection Process 2025 includes two main stages. Candidates will be selected for AIIMS CRE posts based on the following stages:

Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

The CBT of the Common Recruitment Test (CRE-4) will be a 90-minute online exam with 100 MCQs carrying a total of 400 marks. It will have two parts:

• General Knowledge & Aptitude and Computer Knowledge
• Specific domain of the post

The AIIMS CRE 2025 exam will be divided into five sections, each with an 18-minute time limit. It will auto-submit after the time ends, and you cannot go back to the previous sections.

Stage 2: Skill Test (if required for the post)

Some posts will require a Skill Test after clearing the CBT. This test checks the practical abilities of the candidates needed for specific roles. Shortlisting of the candidates for the Skill Test will be based on CBT marks.

Stage 3: Document Verification

Candidates who qualify the CBT and Skill Test (if applicable) will then appear for the Document Verification stage. Their original certificates will be verified by the respective AIIMS or Institute. Candidates must present their valid age certificate, proof of educational qualifications and experience certificate, category proof, and other required documents. If any document is missing or invalid, their candidature will be cancelled by the AIIMS.

AIIMS CRE Exam Pattern 2025

Candidates appearing in the AIIMS CRE-4 should be familiar with the AIIMS CRE Exam Pattern 2025, which is detailed in the CRE-4 Notification PDF. It includes all the details of the subjects and marks allotted to each section. 

• The AIIMS CRE exam will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT).
• For each correct answer, 4 will be given, and there will also be a negative marking of 1 mark (¼) for each wrong answer.
• The medium of the questions will be Bilingual (English and Hindi) for 10th/12th level posts, and English only for graduate, technical, or mixed-level posts.

AIIMS CRE 2025 Admit Card

The AIIMS CRE-4 Admit Card 2025 will be available online in the month of December 2025. Admit cards are generally issued four to five days before the exam date. Candidates will need to enter their Registration ID and password in the AIIMS Exam Portal to download the CRE-4 admit card.

To download the AIIMS CRE-4 Admit Card 2025, follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official AIIMS Exam Portal and click on the CRE-4 option.

Step 2: Enter your Registration ID or username along with your password/Date of Birth. 

Step 3: Once you have submitted these details, you will be able to download your CRE-4 Admit Card.

Step 4: Save and print the AIIMS CRE-4 Admit Card 2025.

Step 5: Make sure to print out the AIIMS CRE-4 Admit Card to carry it to the exam centre.

AIIMS CRE Result 2025

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences will release the AIIMS CRE-4 Result for CBT and Skill Test (if applicable for the post) separately for each post/group on their website in a PDF format. Candidates will be able to check their CRE result on the candidate’s dashboard of the AIIMS Exam portal by logging in with their registered ID and password. The result will include the marks obtained, qualifying status, and details of candidates shortlisted for the next stage. 

After the result is declared, candidates will have to take part in the preference-filling process, where they choose their preferred AIIMS institutes. Based on the candidate’s rank, category, and filled preferences, the seat allotment will be done by the concerned authority.

AIIMS CRE 2025: Salary Details

Candidates selected through the AIIMS CRE-4 Exam for the Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts will be paid the monthly salary under the Pay Level 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 as per the post and group.
