The American Surgical Association (ASA) has honored Dr. Raghu Ram with an Honorary Fellowship on April 5, 2024 in Washington DC. Dr. Raghu Ram is the third surgeon from South Asia to receive the Honorary Fellowship of ASA, America's oldest and most prestigious surgical organization.

Honorary Fellowship is the highest recognition that the American Surgical Association can bestow on a country's surgical affiliate.
