Two-time world champions Nikhat Zareen and Minakshi won two gold medals for India in the 3rd Elorda Cup 2024. The Indian contingent finished the Elorda Cup with 12 medals—2 gold, 2 silver, and 8 bronze. The 3rd Elorda Cup was held in Kazakhstan's capital city of Astana.
A 21 member strong boxing contingent was sent by the Boxing Federation of India to participate in the 3rd Elorda Cup.
India’s no.1 female boxer Nikhat Zareen defeated Kazakhstan’s Zhazira Urakbayeva 5-0 in the final to win her gold medal at the Elroda Cup. Nizamabad, Telangana born Nikhat Zareen was competing in the 52 kg category.
In another final, Hisar, Haryana’s Minakshi, eliminated Uzbekistan’s 20-year-old Saidakhon Rakhmonova 4-1 in the 48 kg category to win the first gold medal in the competition for India.
On the final day of the Elorda Cup, Anamika in 50 kg lost in the final to the reigning world and Asian champion China’s Wu Yu 1-4. To settle for a silver medal.
In another final of the day, Manisha lost to Kazakhstan’s Viktoriya Grafeeva 0-5 in the 60 kg category. Manisha won the silver medal, while Kazakhstan's Viktoriya Grafeeva bagged the gold medal.
Indian men won 4 medals, while the women boxer bagged 8 medals. The following is the list of the medal winners at the Elorda Cup 2024.

The Elorda Cup is an international boxing tournament which was organised by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Astana City and the Kazakhstan Boxing Federation from 12th to 19th May 2024.
In the 3rd edition of the Elorda Cup, boxers from Kazakhstan, China, India, Japan, Uzbekistan, Iran, and Tajikistan participated.
The first edition of the Elorda Cup was held in 2022. Uzbekistan, India, Japan, Cuba, and Kyrgyzstan participated in the event .
The 2nd edition of the Elorda Cup was held in 2023, which saw the participation of Bahrain, China, India, Japan, host Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
