India Tops Archery Asia Cup 2025 Singapore Leg 2 with Nine Medals Sport 3 min read

Continuing their dominance at the Archery Asia Cup 2025 the young Indian archers finished their campaign at the Archery Asia Cup 2025 Singapore leg 2, with nine medals to finish at the top of the medal table.

In the first leg of the Archery Asia Cup 2025 held at Bangkok, Thailand,Indian archers had won  eight medals to finish at the top of the medal tally.

The Archery Asia Cup 2025 Singapore leg 2, was held in Singapore from 15 -20 June 2025.

Over 200 archers from 21 countries competed at the second Archery Asia Cup of the year.

Medal Winner for India 

At the Archery Asia Cup 2025 Singapore leg 2, Indian archers won 9 medals - 2 golds, 6 silvers and one bronze.

The Indian archers qualified for five of the six team finals and two of the four individual gold medal matches but won only 2 finals.

  • Tejal Salve –  Women’s individual compound

Silver Medal Winners

  • Shanmukhi Naga Sai Budde –  Women’s individual compound
  • Kushal Dalal, Ganesh Thirumuru and Mihir Nitin Apar – Men’s compound team
  • Vishnu Choudhary, Paras Hooda and Juyel Sarkar – Men’s recurve team
  • Shanmukhi Naga Sai Budde, Tejal Salve and Tanishka Nilkumar Thokal – Women’s compound team
  • Kushal Dalal and Shanmukhi Naga Sai Budde – Compound mixed team
  • Vishnu Choudhary and Vaishnavi Babarao Pawar – Recurve Mixed Team

Bronze Medal Winner

  • Sachin Chechi – Men’s individual compound

Final medal Standings at the Singapore event 

India finished at the top of the  medals tally with 9 medals followed by Indonesia with five medals. A total of 10 countries  won the medal at Singapore.
