Nationality

Candidates applying for the RSSB Librarian Grade 3 Exam 2025 must meet the following nationality requirements:

• Must be an Indian citizen, OR
• A citizen of Nepal or Bhutan, OR
• A Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before 1 January 1962, with the intention of permanent settlement in India.

Note: Candidates belonging to the these categories must provide valid proof of their nationality as per the requirements of the Government of India.

Age Limit

To appear in the RSSB Librarian Grade 3 Exam 2024, candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age. The Rajasthan Librarian Recruitment 2024 offers age relaxation for certain categories of candidates as per government regulations.

Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the RSSB Librarian Grade 3 position must fulfill the following educational qualifications:

1. Senior Secondary with a Certificate in Library Science / Bachelor’s Degree in Library & Information Science / Diploma in Library & Information Science recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) / Government.
2. Proficiency in working with Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture.

Candidates in the final year of the required qualification or appearing for their final exams can apply but must provide proof of qualification before the selection process. Those selected through a written exam and interview must submit proof before the main exam, while those selected through both a written exam and interview must do so before the interview. If selection is through only a written exam or interview, proof must be provided before the respective stage. 

Note: The prescribed qualification must be obtained before the exam date; candidates qualifying after the exam will be ineligible.
