UPSC IFS (Prelims) Result 2025 Out; Get Link to Download Result PDF

UPSC IFS Prelims Result 2025 has been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on its official website on 11 June 2025. The UPSC Indian Forest Services (Preliminary) Examination was conducted through Civil Services (Prelims) by the commission on 25 May 2025. Candidates who have appeared in the UPSC IFS Pre 2025 can check and download their result by visiting the official website of the commission. 

Shortlisted candidates are now qualified for admission to the Indian Forest Services (Main) Examination, 2025 and they need to submit the details required by the commission and mains examination fees to proceed.

UPSC IFS Prelims Result 2025

A total of 2116 candidates have been shortlisted to appear in the IFS Mains Examination, scheduled to be held from 16 November 2025 onwards. However, the candidature of these candidates are provisional until the final result and they are required to fill out the following details on the Commission’s website between 16 to 25 June 2025:

• Examination fees of Rs. 200 for Indian Forest Services (Main) Examination, 2025 (fees is except for the candidates belonging to certain categories).
• Submission/Updation of Scribe details, Assistive Device and Question Paper in large font (for Mains Examination).
• Submission of Gazette Notification (in case a candidate has changed their name after matriculation and/or there is a mismatch with the name given in their matriculation or higher educational certificate which is different from name given by them in the IFS 2025 online application).
