REET 2024 Notification: Check Application Date & Exam Date

The REET 2024 Notification will be released on 25 November 2024 and the application process is set to begin on 1 December 2024. The Rajasthan government recently announced that the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2024 will be held in February 2025, conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER). This exam provides an excellent opportunity for candidates who hold a B.Ed. or D.Ed. qualification.

To qualify, candidates must go through a written selection process, which includes exams for both Level I and Level II. Candidates can apply for either one level or both, depending on their eligibility and teaching preferences. To qualify for teaching positions at both primary and secondary levels, candidates need to clear both papers.

REET Notification 2024

The REET 2024 Notification is scheduled to be released on 25 November 2024, providing candidates with all essential details required before applying. The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) is a state-level exam organized annually by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER). This qualification is mandatory for candidates aspiring to teach in primary (classes 1 to 5) and upper primary (classes 6 to 8) schools across the state.

REET comprises two levels:

• Level I: For those aiming to teach primary classes (1 to 5).
• Level II: For those aiming to teach upper primary classes (6 to 8).

Qualifying the REET is a prerequisite, and candidates must also pass an additional examination, as per the board's latest scheme, to become eligible for teaching roles in Rajasthan's government schools.

REET 2024 Application Process 

The REET 2024 application process is set to begin on 1 December 2024, following the release of the official REET Notification. Once the application link is activated, candidates can submit their online forms within the specified dates. Here’s a step-by-step guide to applying for the REET 2024 exam:

1. Navigate to the official website of the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER).
2. On the homepage, click on the link labeled "REET 2024 Application Form."
3. Enter the necessary login details to register for the REET 2024 Exam.
4. After registration, you’ll receive your login details on your registered mobile number and email address.
5. Use these credentials to log in and complete the application form by entering your personal and educational details, and upload your photograph and scanned signature.
6. Carefully review your application form, then proceed to make the payment.
7. Download and print a copy of your REET 2024 Application Form to your device.
