• Be on time: Check the reporting time on your call letter and reach the venue well in advance. Entry gates close on time, and late arrivals will not be allowed inside.
• Missed your slot? Reserve Day rules apply: If an emergency prevents you from attending on your allotted date, you or an authorized representative must submit a written request directly to the District Committee on that exact day. The committee can reschedule your test up to the official Reserve Day (16 September 2026). Requests sent via post, email, or after your date will be rejected, and no physical tests will be conducted after 16 September under any circumstances, even for medical reasons or pregnancy. 
• Only one attempt: The running event offers a single attempt. If you do not finish the race within the qualifying time, you will be disqualified on the spot, with no re-tests or appeals permitted.
• Strict ban on performance drugs: The use of steroids, energy enhancers, or any banned substances is strictly prohibited. The board conducts medical checks, and anyone caught using them will face instant disqualification and legal action.
