Haryana Shines At U-19 Junior National Badminton Championship

Haryana’s Anmol Kharb got Silver medal at the Under-19 Junior National Badminton Championship held in Bengaluru.

Apart from Anmol, Unnatti Hudda and Mayanka Rana also secured Bronze Medals.

Key highlights of the event

Vice President of Badminton Association of India and General Secretary of Haryana Badminton Association, Ajay Singhania said that Anmol Kharb performed brilliantly while representing the state of Haryana in the National Team Badminton Championship held in Bengaluru. Anmol narrowly missed the title win and won the silver medal in this National Flooring event.

• Unnati Hooda won the bronze medal for Haryana after competing hard in the girls singles of this event. Mayank Rana and his partner from Haryana won the bronze medal in the boys doubles match.
• The President of Haryana Badminton Association is Devendra Singh (retired IAS officer) and the Vice President of Badminton Association of India and General Secretary of Haryana Badminton Association is Ajay Singhania.
