The launch was attended by representatives from central ministries including Social Justice and Empowerment, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, External Affairs, and Health and Family Welfare, along with UN agencies such as UNFPA, WHO, and ILO, the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and other caregiver training stakeholders.
