IIM Bangalore Ranked No.1 in India in FT Masters in Management 2025

The two-year full-time MBA program - Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) - of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore has been ranked first in India and 28th globally in the Financial Times Masters in Management (FT MiM) 2025 global ranking.

• In the Financial Times (FT) Masters in Management 2025 ranking, the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore has been recognized as India’s top institution. With the new ranking, the institute is now the only Indian B-school to be included in the global top 30.
• The institute secured the 28th position, surpassing IIM Ahmedabad, which is considered the best management institute in the country according to the NIRF 2025 ranking.

FT MiM Ranking Criteria

• The FT MiM ranking evaluates the world’s top business schools on the basis of 19 criteria, with alumni feedback accounting for 56% of the ranking weight and school data making up the remaining 44%. The evaluation provides a holistic measure of institutional performance considering outcomes such as employment, return on investment, diversity, ESG, and internationalization.
