Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has announced the launch of “Pure for Sure” to improve LPG distribution. The initiative was inaugurated by Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, at the India Energy Week (IEW) 2024 in Goa.

Objective of the Initiative:

Initiative targets unparalleled consumer satisfaction by eliminating delivery inefficiencies.

Features of the initiative:

BPCL ensures quality and quantity assurance with doorstep LPG cylinder delivery. This is the first service of its kind in the country.
At the core of “Pure for Sure” LPG lies its innovative tamper-proof seal. It is equipped with QR codes to ensure the integrity of the cylinder from the production plant to the customer.
On scanning the QR code, customers will see an exclusive Pure for Sure pop-up with a signature tune. It will display essential details like total weight of the cylinder while filling the gas.
Customers are empowered to authenticate cylinders pre-delivery, ensuring transparency and trust.
If any tampering occurs, the QR code is no longer scannable. This stops the delivery and ensures the safety of the product.
