NIACL AO Admit Card 2023 for Mains (Call Letter for Phase 2)

The New India Assurance Company Limited has released the NIACL AO admit cards for the NIACL AO Mains 2023 (Phase II Exam) scheduled for 8 October 2023. The call letters have been released on 30 September 2023 on the official website of NIACL. Candidates are advised to download their admit cards to appear in the Phase II Examination to be conducted under this recruitment drive. 

Candidates who have been shortlisted for the NIACL AO Mains based on the Pre results, shall need to carry a print out of the admit card to the exam venue. You can download your Main exam admit card from the direct link provided in this article. 

NIACL AO 2023 Admit Card: Overview

NIACL announced 450 vacancies of Administrative Officers for different cadres on 27 July 2023. These include vacancies for Generalists cadre as well as other discipline-specific Specialist officers. The Phase I exam for the Preliminary stage was held on 9 September 2023. The result for the same has been announced on 23 September 2023, and the mark sheet and cut-off marks have also been released on the website.

NIACL issues a separate call letter for every exam stage of the recruitment process. Candidates who have been declared provisionally qualified in the ‘Phase I – Preliminary Examination’ will be issued a call letter for the Main exam. The call letter or admit card shall contain important information regarding the candidate’s validity for the exam, along with information about the exam centre, timings, exam instructions, etc. 

NIACL AO Mains 2023 Exam Date 

In the original recruitment advertisement for the NIACL AO posts, the company had intimated the tentative exam dates for the Phase 1 Pre and Phase 2 Main exams. The final date, timings and venue of the exam are intimated through the call letter issued to applicants. 

NIACL AO Phase I Preliminary exam for the 2023 recruitment cycle was conducted on 9th September 2023. The preliminary result with a list of shortlisted candidates was declared on the official website on 23 September 2023. 

The NIACL Phase II Main exam is to be conducted on 8 October 2023 across various exam centres across India. The admit card for the same is expected to be issued by the end of September.

How to Download the NIACL AO 2023 Admit Card 

The company shall release the e-admit cards on its official website for the Main exam scheduled for 8 October. You can download your NIACL AO Admit Card in a few easy steps given below: 

Step 1: Go to the official NIACL website at https://www.newindia.co.in/  

Step 2: Check the Quick Links tab and click on the “Recruitment” tab on the home page. 

Step 3: Expand the “Recruitment of Administrative Officers 2023” tab. 

Step 4: You will find the link with the title Download Call Letter For Phase-II (Main)  

Step 5: When you click on the above link, a login page will open up. 

Step 6: Enter your login details in the required fields. 

Step 7: Your Mains call letter will be visible on the screen. Check and confirm that all details mentioned are correct. 

Step 8: Download and print your NIACL AO Mains Admit Card to carry to the exam centre. Paste a recent photograph on the same.

Note: To avoid glitches or server problems at the last minute, it is advisable to download and print multiple copies of your admit card well before the exam date. Also, ensure that the printout is clear and legible.

NIACL AO Mains Call Letter: Important Exam Instructions 

• The exam date, reporting time and exam venue address, as printed on the call letters, shall be considered the final and correct communication by the company. 
• Candidates must paste a recent passport-size photograph on the printed call letter. This should preferably be the same photograph uploaded with the exam application.
• Candidates are also required to carry a valid photo ID proof in original and a photocopy to the exam centre. The valid ID proofs may include an Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, permanent driving licence, voter’s card and other documents specified in the Information Handout issued by the NIACL. 
• Candidates must also carry the Phase I Call Letter authenticated by the exam officials during the Pre exam (along with the stamped copy of the ID proof) to the Main exam. 

Details Mentioned on the NIACL AO 2023 Admit Card

The call letter or admit card is a crucial document that validates the candidate’s admission to the exam hall. It contains important information for the candidate’s identification, as well as the particulars of the exam. The NIACL AO 2023 admit card will contain the following details:
