Rajasthan JET 2026 Notification is out on 13 April 2026 for the admission to Under Graduate Programmes in Agriculture & Allied Sciences in Rajasthan. The Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner, announces the Rajasthan JET 2026 Form Date. Candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examinations in combinations of core subjects of the Science/Agriculture stream are eligible to appear in Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) 2026.

JET Application Dates 2026 are out now. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the JET 2026 from 18 April to 17 May 2026. The JET 2026 will be conducted for various Agriculture and Allied Sciences UG Programmes offered by the State Agriculture/Veterinary Universities of Rajasthan. What is Rajasthan JET?

The Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) is a state-level entrance examination conducted annually for admission to undergraduate degree programmes in Agriculture and Allied Sciences offered by various universities in Rajasthan. The exam is organized by one of the State Agriculture/Veterinary Universities of Rajasthan, as designated by the Government of Rajasthan.

Rajasthan JET 2026 Exam Date

JET 2026 Exam Date is announced by the Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner, through the Rajasthan JET Notification 2026. Rajasthan JET is scheduled to be conducted on 21 June 2026. Candidates who want to appear in JET 2026 should mark their calendars with the following Rajasthan JET Exam Schedule 2026 to begin their preparation. 

Note:- Candidates must appear for the Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) 2026 on the scheduled date and time, as no re-examination will be conducted under any circumstances. Examination centres will be allocated in selected cities across Rajasthan. While candidates can indicate their preferred cities in the online application form, the final allotment is at the discretion of the JET Office, and requests for changes in the examination centre will not be entertained.

Rajasthan JET Eligibility Criteria 2026 

Rajasthan JET Eligibility Criteria 2026 has been detailed in the Rajasthan JET Notification 2026. Candidates who want to apply for the Rajasthan JET 2026 should check the eligibility criteria first. In this section, we are detailing the Rajasthan JET 2026 eligibility criteria for your reference:-

Nationality 

JET is open only to candidates with a Rajasthan domicile, except for 50% of the seats in private universities, which are open to candidates from other states as well.

Age Limit 

Candidates must be between 16 and 25 years of age as on 31 August 2026. The date of birth mentioned in the Secondary Examination Mark Sheet/Certificate issued by the competent authority will be considered as authentic.

Educational Qualification

1. Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination from the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer or any other recognized board.
2. The qualifying examination must be passed with subjects from the Science or Agriculture stream.
3. Eligible subject combinations include Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics in any of the following forms: ABC, PCM, PCB, PCMB, or PCA.
   1. For admission to B.Tech. (Food Technology), only PCM, PCB, PCMB, or PCA combinations are accepted.
   2. For admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), only PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) is mandatory.
4. Candidates must attempt three subjects in the JET examination based on the subjects studied in 10+2.
5. Candidates applying for B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) must attempt only PCM in the JET.

Note:- 1.  Candidates from Arts and Commerce streams are not eligible for the JET examination. Candidates having a supplementary in the 10+2 Board Exams 2026 are not eligible.

2. A minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 is required to apply; however, candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy layer), MBC, SAP, or EWS categories are given a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks. Candidates availing the relaxation will not be considered under the Unreserved category.

3. Candidates awaiting their 10+2 results can appear in JET provisionally, but they must submit the final mark sheet with all subjects passed at the time of option form filling and college reporting.

Rajasthan JET Application Process

Rajasthan JET Application Window is open now and candidates who want to apply for the same can apply till 17 May 2026. Candidates are required to follow the steps provided here to apply for the Rajasthan JET 2026:-

1. Visit the official website of the JET 2026.
2. On the homepage, click “click here for new registration” and register yourself by providing the required details. (Skip this step if you have already registered.)
3. After completing the registration, carefully fill out the application form.
4. Upload the necessary documents and pay the application fee as per your category.
5. Make sure to take a screenshot of the final Rajasthan JET confirmation page for future reference.

Rajasthan JET Exam Pattern

The Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) is a state-level exam held for admission to undergraduate degree programs in Agriculture and Allied Sciences offered by various universities across Rajasthan. The exam assesses candidates' knowledge in relevant subjects based on their 10+2 curriculum.

• The exam will be conducted in Offline (Pen and Paper-based) mode with multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
• Candidates will get 2 hours to complete the exam.
• Questions will be asked in English and Hindi (In case of any discrepancy, the English version will be considered authoritative).
• Each correct answer in the Rajasthan JET awards 4 marks, each incorrect answer deducts 1 mark, and unanswered questions carry no marks or penalties.
• The Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) question paper comprises five subjects: Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, each containing 40 questions, totaling 200 questions; however, candidates are required to attempt only three subjects based on their eligibility and the programme they are applying for, resulting in a total of 120 questions to be answered.

Subject Selection Criteria:

• B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Forestry, Horticulture, Fisheries, or Community Science/Home Science: Candidates are required to choose and attempt any three subjects from their 10+2 stream.
• B.Tech. (Food Technology): Candidates must have studied one of the following subject combinations in 10+2: PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology), or PCA (Physics, Chemistry, Agriculture).
• B.Tech. (Dairy Technology): Candidates must have studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) in their 10+2.

Download Rajasthan JET Exam Syllabus 2026

Rajasthan JET 2026 Admit Card

The JET Admit Card 2026 will be released on the official website on 16 June 2026. Candidates are required to download their hall ticket and carry it to the examination centre to be permitted to appear for the JET exam. Along with the admit card, candidates must bring one valid original photo ID and a passport-size photograph (the same as uploaded in the application form). Entry to the examination hall will not be allowed without these documents. Acceptable ID proofs include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, or Voter ID.

Follow the basic instructions to obtain the Rajasthan JET Admit Card 2026:-

1. Visit the official website of the JET 2026. 
2. Provide your login details in the login section and select the download Rajasthan JET Admit Card 2026 Link. 
3. Your admit card will appear on the screen. 
4. Now check your complete details on the JET Hall Ticket 2026.
5. Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference. 

Rajasthan JET Answer Key 2026

Rajasthan JET Answer Key 2026 will be uploaded on 25 June 2026. Candidates can download the Raj JET Answer Key once it's out. Candidates can challenge the answer key as per the given schedule by paying a processing fee of ₹500 per question, which can be paid online via Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking. The fee will be refunded if the challenge is found to be correct and forfeited if incorrect. No challenge will be considered unless the processing fee has been received.

After reviewing objections, the result will be prepared based on the revised answer key. If any question or its answer is found to be ambiguous, has more than one correct answer, or has no correct answer, it will be dropped. The merit will be calculated by giving proportionate weightage based on the remaining correct questions in each subject, and the final merit will be the sum of marks obtained across all subjects.

Rajasthan JET Result 2026 

Rajasthan JET Result 2026 will be announced by the conducting authority on 9 July 2026. Candidates will be able to check and download their results by visiting the official JET 2026 website by following the steps below:-

1. Visit the official portal at jetskrau2026.com.
2. Enter your login details, such as your username and password, in the designated fields to access your account.
3. After logging in, your result will appear on the screen along with an option to download the JET 2026 scorecard.
4. Download and take a printout of the Rajasthan JET Result 2026 for future use during counselling and admission procedures. 

Rajasthan JET 2026 Exam Cut-off 

The Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) 2026 cutoff marks will be released by Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University (SKRAU), Bikaner, after the examination. The merit list will be based solely on the marks obtained in this examination. If any question is found to be ambiguous or has multiple correct answers, such questions will be omitted, and the merit will be prepared by giving proportionate weightage to the remaining questions in the respective subject.
