IBPS AFO 2026 Vacancy Details

IBPS has released the indicative bank-wise vacancy details for the Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I) post under the CRP Specialist Officer recruitment for the 2027-28 cycle. A total of 190 vacancies have been announced for AFO, which are part of the 745 Specialist Officer (SO) vacancies released across participating Public Sector Banks.

Candidates applying for IBPS CRP SPL-XVI must ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria set by IBPS before applying. Candidate must fulfill one of the following nationality criteria:

Note: However, individuals falling under categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) must possess a Government of India-issued certificate of eligibility.

Candidates should be between 20 and 30 years of age, meaning they must have been born between 02 July 1996 and 01 July 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Candidates must possess a four-year Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines:
