Candidate must fulfill one of the following nationality criteria:
(i) A citizen of India
(ii) A subject of Nepal
(iii) A subject of Bhutan
(iv) A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before 1 January 1962 with the intent of settling permanently
(v) A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
Note: However, individuals falling under categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) must possess a Government of India-issued certificate of eligibility.
Candidates should be between 20 and 30 years of age, meaning they must have been born between 02 July 1996 and 01 July 2006 (both dates inclusive).
