DSSSB Recruitment Notification 2023 has been issued by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board on 10 November 2023 for the various DSSSB Non-Teaching Posts. Educational Qualification

Technical Assistant

For Candidates with B.Sc.:

  • Possession of a B.Sc. degree.
  • Three years of experience as a Lab Technician in any of the specified group of Laboratories (CARDIOLOGY / CTS / NEUROLOGY / NEUROSURGERY / RESPIRATORY LAB / EEG / EMG / ERG / CCU / ICU / POW / CCI), as per the details mentioned in letter no. 3258 dated 27.03.2023.

OR

For Candidates with Diploma in M.L.T.:

  • Completion of Matriculation / Hr. Secondary / 10+2 and a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.L.T.).
  • Three years of experience as a Lab Technician in any of the specified group of Laboratories (CARDIOLOGY / CTS / NEUROLOGY / NEUROSURGERY / RESPIRATORY LAB / EEG / EMG / ERG / CCU / ICU / POW / CCI), as per the details mentioned in letter no. 3258 dated 27.03.2023.

OR

For Candidates with Matriculation / Hr. Secondary / 10+2 with Science:

  • Completion of Matriculation / Hr. Secondary / 10+2 with Science.
  • Five years of experience as a Lab Technician in any of the specified group of Laboratories (CARDIOLOGY / CTS / NEUROLOGY / NEUROSURGERY / RESPIRATORY LAB / EEG / EMG / ERG / CCU / ICU / POW / CCI), as per the details mentioned in letter no. 3258 dated 27.03.2023.

Junior Radiotherapy Technician

(i) Senior Secondary (10+2) with a science background from a recognized Board.
(ii) a. Possession of a Certificate (02 years course) in radiation therapy technology or an equivalent certificate recognized by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) from an institution recognized by AERB. Additionally, infield training in radiotherapy is required.
OR
b. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Radiotherapy.
OR
c. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Radiography with specialization or subject focus in Radiotherapy.

Technical Assistant

(i) M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences with a minimum of one year of experience in a PCR-related laboratory.

OR

(ii) B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / B.Sc. Bioscience with MLT along with a minimum of three years' experience in a PCR-related laboratory.

OR

(iii) Intermediate in Bioscience with MLT and at least five years of experience in a PCR-related laboratory.

Sub-Station Attendant (Grad I)

(i) Completion of Matriculation (with Science) from a recognized university/Board.

(ii) Possession of a National Trade Certificate from a Government ITI in the Electrician Trade.

(iii) One year of experience in the relevant trade.

All. Electric Flue

(i) Diploma in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Government with a minimum of one year of experience.

OR

(ii) ITI in Electrical Trade recognized by the Government with two years of professional experience in the erection and maintenance of transformers, HT & LT switchgears, and Filter Machines.

Junior District Staff Officer/Junior Instructor

(i) Completion of Matriculation or an equivalent qualification.

(ii) Successful completion of training in Civil Instructor’s Course/Rescue Fire-Fighting Course from Central Emergency Relief Training Institute, Nagpur, or an equivalent program.

OR

(i) Completion of Matriculation or an equivalent qualification.

(ii) Completion of training in Instructor’s course in Rescue and Fire-Fighting.

OR

(i) Demonstrated ability to provide training in any four of the following disciplines in English and Hindi, with specialized knowledge of operating a control room: (a) Drill, (b) Arms Drill, (c) Weapons Training, (d) First-Aid, (e) Rescue, (f) Fire-Fighting. Candidates should have experience in armed forces, police, Home Guards, Fire Stations, Civil Defence, or should have undergone at least 10 days of training in (a) Drill, (b) Arms Drill, (c) Weapons Training, (d) First Aid, (e) Rescue, (f) Fire Fighting from any government or government-approved institutions as per the user department's letter no. 3450 dated 17.08.2022.

Draftsman

(i) Completion of Matriculation or an equivalent qualification, until replaced by Higher Secondary education.

(ii) Possession of a Diploma/Certificate in Draftsmanship Course from a recognized institution.

Wireless/Radio Operators

(i) Completion of Matriculation or its equivalent.

(ii) Possession of a Second-class certificate competency as a wireless operator issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communication, or successful completion of the Grade-II proficiency test of a wireless operator conducted by the Dte. of Coordination (Police Wireless), Ministry of Home Affairs.

Scientific Assistant

A Master’s degree is required in Science from a recognized university or institution.

Senior Laboratory Assistant

(i) Possession of a Science degree from a recognized university or institution.

(ii) Two years of experience in laboratory work.

Junior Lab Assistant

(i) Completion of 12th class with a Science stream from a recognized board along with three years of experience in laboratory work.

OR

(ii) Possession of a Science degree from a recognized university or institution.

Preservation Supervisor

(i) Completion of a graduate degree from a recognized university.

(ii) Possession of a Certificate course in care and conservation of Books, Manuscripts, and Archives from the National Archives of India.

Assistant MietophOlographist

(i) Completion of a B.Sc. degree with Physics as a subject is required from a recognized university.

(ii) Possession of a Certificate course in Reprography from the National Archives of India.

Xerox Operator

Successful completion of the 12th grade or its equivalent from a recognized Board.

Junior Librarian

(i) Completion of 12th grade or its equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution.

(ii) Possession of a Diploma in Library and Information Science from a recognized University/Institution.

Book Binder

Successful completion of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Book Binding or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/Institution.

Library Attendant

(i) Successful completion of Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution.

(ii) Completion of a Certificate course in Library and Information Science from a recognized Board/University/Institution.

Nurse Grade -A

(i) Completion of Matriculation from a recognized institution or its equivalent.

(ii) Possession of a Diploma in General Nursing from a recognized institution.

(iii) Registration with the recognized Nurses Registration Council.

Special Education Teacher

(i) Possession of a Graduate degree along with B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. with a two-year diploma in special education or a post-graduate professional diploma in special education. Alternatively, any other equivalent qualification approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India.

(ii) Holding a Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate conducted by CBSE for classes VI to VIII.

Architectural Assistant

A degree in Architecture from a recognized university or its equivalent.

Physiotherapist

(i) Possession of a Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.

(ii) Two years of practical experience in physiotherapy from a government/private (registered) hospital with a capacity of at least 100 beds in the hospital/institution, as per the letter dated 16/02/2023 with reference number 55983/2023.

Assistant Dietician

(i) Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from a recognized university.

(ii) Completion of a one-year diploma in Dietetics from any recognized institution.

Radiographer

(i) Completion of Matriculation or its equivalent.

(ii) Possession of a Diploma in Radiography along with one year of experience as a Radiographer/X-Ray Technician in the X-Ray Department of a Government or Private (Registered) Hospital, specifically with a minimum of one hundred beds, as per the letter dated 16/02/2023 with reference number 55918/2023.

Computer Lab Assistant

(i) Completion of Senior School Certificate/Intermediate from a recognized institution/Board or its equivalent.

(ii) Possession of an 'A' Level certification from DOEACC or its equivalent.

(iii) Proficiency in typing with a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour.

Operation Theatre Assistant

Matriculation with a minimum of one year of experience in the Operation Theatre of a Government Institution, or a Middle pass with a documented three years' experience in the Operation Theatre of a Government Institution.

Dental Hygienist

Completion of Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board with Science and certification as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

OT Assistant for Veterinary Hospital

(i) Completion of Matric with at least one year of experience in the Operation Theatre of a Government Veterinary Hospital.

OR

(ii) Middle pass with a documented three years' experience in the Operation Theatre of a Government Veterinary Hospital, as per the letter dated 16/02/2023 with reference number 55915/2023.

Plaster Assistant

(i) Completion of Matric or its equivalent with at least one year of experience in the Orthopaedic department of a Government Hospital or a reputed institution.

OR

(ii) Middle pass with a minimum of three years' experience in the Orthopaedic Department of a Government Hospital or a reputed institution.

Assistant Section Officer

A degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or Agriculture.

Foreman (Works)

(i) Completion of Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board.

(ii) Possession of an Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil).

Laboratory Attendant

Completion of 10th grade from a recognized board or school.

Chlorinator Operator

(A)

(i) Completion of Matric with Science as one of the subjects from a recognized University or its equivalent.

(ii) Three years of experience in repairing and maintaining chlorinators.

OR

(B)

(i) Matric Pass from a recognized Board/University or its equivalent.

(ii) Possession of a Certificate in Instrumentation/Mechanical Trade from an I.T.I. or any other recognized Institution.

(iii) One year of experience in repairing and maintaining chlorinators.

Scientific Assistant Forensic (Chemistry)

Completion of a Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Toxicology or Forensic Science, with Chemistry as one of the subjects at the B.Sc. level, from a recognized university or its equivalent.

Assistant Information Officer

A.

(I) Possession of a degree from a recognized university or institute.

(II) Holding a Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication / Advertising and Public Relations from a recognized university or institute.

OR

B. 

(I) Possession of a degree in Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized university or institute.

(II) One year of experience in Journalism / Publicity / Public Relation work in a Government Department / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous or Statutory Body / News Agency / News Channel / Newspaper registered with the Registrar of Newspaper of India.

(III) Proficiency in Hindi language up to 10th class.

Manager

A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.

Work Assistant (Horticulture)

Completion of Senior Secondary (12th pass) from a recognized board or institute with Botany as one of the subjects.

Draftsman Gr. III

A certificate or diploma in Draftsmanship from a recognized institute, comprising a program of no less than two years, inclusive of a six-month practical training component.

Librarian

A Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from an accredited university or institute.

Assistant Superintendent

Possession of a degree from an accredited university.

Matron Reserved for Prisons Female Only

Completion of 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board or institution.

Warder reserved for Male Prisons

Completion of 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board or institution.

Senior Assistant Control (Chemistry)

Option A:

(i) Possession of a Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry / Pharmacy / Biochemistry from a recognized university or its equivalent.

(ii) One year of experience in drug chemical analysis from an accredited institution or its equivalent.

OR

Option B:

(i) Possession of a degree in Pharmacy / Science (including Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology) from a recognized university or its equivalent.

(ii) Three years of experience in drug chemical analysis from an accredited institution or its equivalent.

Electrical Overseer/Sub-Inspector

Completion of Electrical Engineering Diploma from an accredited university, college, or its equivalent.

DSSSB Application Process

The board will exclusively consider applications submitted online. Any applications received through other methods will be automatically declined. There will be no communication entertained regarding this matter. Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to apply online:-

  1. Go to the official DSSSB website and select "Apply Online."
  2. For new users, register by providing personal details like name, date of birth, email, contact number, etc. Skip this step if already registered.
  3. Use the login credentials created during registration to log in.
  4. Complete the DSSSB Application Form 2023 accurately, entering personal information, educational background, and work experience (if applicable).
  5. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and required documents as per the specifications.
  6. Make the application fee payment using the specified mode of payment mentioned in the notification.
  7. Review all the details entered in the form to ensure accuracy. Submit the application and save or print a copy of the filled form for future reference.

DSSSB 2023 Selection Process

The DSSSB Recruitment 2023 involves a two-tier examination process, namely Tier 1 and Tier 2. Candidates are required to successfully clear both exams for selection. Both exams are conducted via computer-based mode. Minimum qualifying marks are necessary for candidates to pass these exams.

DSSSB 2023 Admit Card

The e-admit card for the DSSSB Non-Teaching Post Exam will be released by the board a few days prior to the exam date. Follow these below-mentioned steps to download the DSSSB Admit Card:

  1. Go to the official DSSSB website.
  2. Look for the "Download e-Admit Card for DSSSB Non-Teaching Post" link in the top notification bar. Click on it.
  3. You'll be directed to a Candidate Login page where you can access and download your admit card.
  4. Login using your application number, date of birth, and the displayed security code.
  5. Your DSSSB Admit Card will be displayed once you've logged in.
  6. Verify all the details on the admit card, such as your name, photo, exam specifics, and instructions, to ensure accuracy.
  7. Save a copy of the admit card and print it out to bring along to the DSSSB exam centre.

DSSSB Result 2023
