The aim of this event is to remind us of our shared commitment to the principles outlined in the Constitution of India and to celebrate the values that bring us together as a nation. • The Indian government is launching a program called "Nyaya Sahayak" in 500 Aspirational blocks. 
• The program's aim is to increase awareness of legal services and solutions in these areas.

Activities in the event

• The program relies on field functionaries as an essential part of its operations. They will be responsible for activities such as reading the Preamble throughout the year and participating in the Panch Pran Pledge under the theme of Sabko Nyay Har Ghar Nyay to ensure citizen participation. The program's chief guest will award the best-performing functionaries at the event.
• On January 24th, 2024, the Department of Justice launched a year-long campaign titled 'Hamara Samvidhan, Hamara Samman' in New Delhi with the Vice-President of India inaugurating it. 
• The campaign aims to empower all citizens to be aware of the Constitution and their legal rights and duties. 
• At the launch, it was decided to organize regular regional and state-level programs throughout the year to spread awareness and enthusiasm about the campaign to every part of society. Similarly, a program is planned for March 9th, 2024, at Maharaja Ganga Singh University in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
