Delhi Police Constable & Head Constable Exam 2025: Slot Selection Starts

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has activated the self-slot selection window for Delhi Police Exams on its official website from 05 December 2025. Candidates who are going to appear in the Delhi Police Constable, Delhi Police Constable (Driver), and Delhi Police Head Constable (Ministerial) examinations can now choose their preferred exam city, date, and shift for the exam they are appearing for.

SSC Delhi Police Exam 2025 - Slot Booking started

The slot booking process has been started by the commission for the Delhi Police exam candidates, to make the process easier for them to choose their preferred exam city, date and shift timing for the Delhi Police CBT 2025. The candidates must select the slot at least one week prior to the desired date of the examination they are going to appear in. 

For example, a candidate desirous to write the Constable (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police Examination, 2025 on 01.01.2026 must select his/her slot on or before 24.12.2025, though the last date of slot-selection for this examination is 30.12.2025. Delhi Police Self-Slot Selection Process 2025

The candidates who have applied for the Delhi Police Constable or Head Constable Exams 2025 have to log in to the SSC portal and follow these simple steps to complete their slot selection on time:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Sign in to your account using your registration number and your password or date of birth.

Step 3: In your Candidate Dashboard, open the “My Application” section and select the option to choose your exam city, date, and shift.

Step 4: Select your exam, your preferred city and date, and click on “Get Slot Details” and select your preferred shift.

Step 5: Validate your slot selection by clicking on the “Validate & Submit” button and entering the OTP received on your registered e-mail ID for the final submission.

Step 6: Once the slot preference is submitted, no changes are allowed, so double-check your preferences before clicking “Confirm.”

Note: If the candidate fails to do the slot selection one week before the exam date, it will be considered by the SSC that the candidate is not willing to appear in the examination, and his/her Admit Card WILL NOT BE GENERATED.
