Agriculture Supervisor Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The RSSB Agriculture Supervisor Exam will consist of a single objective-type question paper with 100 questions of 300 marks. For every incorrect response, a 1/3 mark will be deducted as negative marking.

JET (Joint Entrance Test) Agriculture Preparation Guide

The Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted every year for admission to undergraduate programmes in Agriculture and Allied Sciences in various universities of Rajasthan. The exam is organised by a state agriculture or veterinary university, as notified by the Rajasthan Government. 

Candidates aged 16 to 25 years who have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a recognised board with Science or Agriculture subjects are eligible to appear in the Rajasthan JET. Accepted subject combinations include ABC, PCM, PCB, PCMB, and PCA. For B.Tech. (Food Technology), candidates must have PCM, PCB, PCMB, or PCA, while B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) requires PCM only. Applicants must appear for three subjects in JET, based on their Class 12 subjects, and Dairy Technology aspirants must attempt PCM only.

Rajasthan JET Syllabus & Preparation Focus

The Rajasthan JET exam is an offline (pen-and-paper) test based on the Class 12 syllabus. It includes questions from five subjects i.e. Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics (40 questions each), but candidates need to attempt only three subjects, answering 120 questions in 2 hours. The paper is available in English and Hindi, with English considered final (In case of any discrepancy), and 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer, while unanswered questions carry no penalty.

RSSB Livestock Assistant Exam carries 150 multiple-choice questions of 150 marks, including 50 questions of General Awareness and 100 questions of Veterinary Science. Each incorrect answer will attract a negative marking of one-third (⅓) of a mark. Candidates are required to complete the whole paper in 3 hours.
