Earlier, the SSC CPO Notification 2025 was scheduled to be published on 16 June 2025 for Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2025. On 16 June 2025, the commission issued a notice to postpone the SSC CPO Notification Date 2025 due to administrative reasons. 

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold an Open Competitive Examination to recruit Sub-Inspectors in the Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). This opportunity is also available to internal candidates currently serving as Constables, Head Constables, or Assistant Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police, provided they have at least 3 years of service and are not older than 30 years of age.

SSC CPO Application Process 2025

The SSC CPO Application Window 2025 will be opened soon. Candidates need to apply within the specified time to apply for the SSC CPO Exam 2025 by following the below provided steps:-

1. Go to the official SSC website and find the “Apply” tab under the Quick Links section on the homepage.
2. Click on the link labeled “Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF Examination, 2025” to access the application portal.
3. Start your registration by selecting ‘Register Now’ and filling in all the required details in the SSC CPO registration form.
4. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive your login credentials via email and SMS.
5. Using these credentials, log in to your account and select ‘Apply Online’. Some details may already be filled in based on your registration information.
6. Fill in the rest of the form accurately, then check the declaration box and click ‘I Agree’.
7. Before proceeding, make sure to carefully review all the details to avoid mistakes, and then pay the SSC CPO application fee.
8. Finally, submit your SSC CPO Application Form and save or print a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
