RSPCB  Eligibility Criteria 2023 

To apply for the RSPCB Recruitment 2023, candidates should know the required eligibility criteria. For your reference, we are providing the detailed RSPCB eligibility criteria, which consists of nationality/ citizenship, age limit, educational qualification, etc. Please see the following points for a comprehensive overview of the eligibility criteria:

Nationality 

A candidate must be either: 

(a) a Citizen of India, or 

(b) a subject of Nepal, or 

(c) a subject of Bhutan, or 

(d) Tibetan refugee in India before January 1, 1962, seeking permanent residence

(e) Individuals of Indian origin relocating from specific countries such as Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam, with the aim of establishing permanent residency in India.

Age Limits & Relaxation

Educational Qualification

Junior Scientific Officer 

Candidates must possess a first-class M.Sc./M.S. degree in any branch of chemistry, soil science, environmental science, or microbiology after completing a B.Sc./B.S. in any science discipline from a university established by law in India or a foreign qualification recognized as equivalent.

Junior Environment Engineer 

To be eligible, candidates should have an M.Tech./M.E. degree in Environmental Engineering after completing a B.Tech./B.E. degree in Biotechnology, Chemical, Civil, Mining, Environmental, or Textile Engineering from a university established by law in India or an equivalent foreign qualification. Alternatively, a first-class B.Tech./B.E. degree in any of the aforementioned engineering branches from a recognized university is also acceptable.

RSPCB Application Process For JEE & Various Posts

The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) application process can be completed through the official website by 17 November 2023. Candidates can follow these steps to apply for the RSPCB Recruitment 2023:

  1. Visit the official website of the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB).
  2. Locate and click on the "Apply Online" link, then select the job position you wish to apply for.

RSPCB Selection Process For Recruitment 2023

The candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of an online competitive examination, which will be conducted in two parts, i.e., Part A and Part B. Part A will be the subject concerned, and Part B will be common for all posts.

RSPCB Exam Pattern For Various Posts

Before candidates appear in the exam, they should know the exam pattern first, as being familiar with the examination pattern is the first step to moving forward with any exam. Here we are providing the RSPCB examination pattern for each post:-

  1. There will be one paper consisting of two parts with multiple-choice type questions
  2. Part A will be about the subject concerned, and Part B will be about General Knowledge,  mathematics, reasoning, and current affairs. 
  3. A total of 75 questions will be asked, and each question will carry 3 marks.
  4. Each incorrect answer will result in a deduction of one mark. 
  5. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English (bilingual). 
  6. 40% shall be the pass marks.
