World's Largest Yoga Center Swarved Mahamandir Inaugurated In Varanasi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the world's largest meditation center Swaraveda Mahamandir at Umrah in Chaubepur area of Varanasi on 18 December 2023.

There is no idol of any deity in this temple. Instead of worship in the temple, yoga practice will be done to attain the knowledge of Brahma.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister also unveiled a 135 feet tall statue of Saint Sadafal Maharaj.

Who is Sadaphal Maharaj:

Sadaphal Devji Maharaj is the author of Swarveda.
He founded Vihangam Yoga.
Maharaj was born in the 19th century.
He was a spiritual master and scholar.
There are ashrams built by Saint Sadaphal Maharaj in dozens of countries of the world.

Features of Swarved Mahamandir:

The construction work of Swarveda Mahamandir was started in the year 2004. The foundation of the Mahamandir was laid by Sadguru Acharya Swatantra Dev and Sant Pravar Vigyan Dev.
This temple is built in 64 thousand square feet. Its height is 180 feet.
This seven-storey temple is the world's largest meditation center.
In this, more than 20,000 people can sit together and meditate.
In this temple, 3000 people will have the facility to sit together and do pranayama, meditation and yoga. Also, a 125 petal lotus dome has been prepared in this great temple.
4000 couplets related to Vedas are also written on the walls of this temple. Also, paintings related to Upanishads, Mahabharata, Ramayana, Geeta etc. are made on the outer walls of the temple.
This temple has been built by GRC technique of Gujarat.
The temple uses pink/red Makrana stones with ancient architectural carvings.
The canal flowing in the east direction has been established as a water body.
This great temple involves the eradication of social evils and social evils.
It has also been made the center of many socio-cultural projects for the betterment of rural India.
The temple features intricately carved sandstone structures reflecting Indian heritage.
There are also pink sandstone decorations around the temple walls.
