RRB NTPC Exam Schedule 2024 was officially announced by the Undergraduate Posts by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). According to the official notice released by the RRB on 2 July 2025, the Computer-Based Test (CBT 1) for undergraduate posts is scheduled to be held from 7 August to 8 September 2025. Candidates who have applied for the RRB NTPC Undergraduate position should mark these dates in their calendars and start revising fr the exam.
RRB NTPC Undergraduate exam will take place in multiple shifts at various exam centres across the country. NTPC CBT 1 is of a qualifying nature and the candidates who clear this stage will be shortlisted for the CBT 2. The final selection will depend on their performance in the written tests, skill tests and successful completion of the document verification stage. RRB NTPC 2024 Admit Card and City Intimation Slip
RRB NTPC (UG) Exam City & Date will be issued 10 days prior to the exam date on the official website of the respective regional RRBs. Candidates can download the RRB NTPC UG Admit Card 2024 4 days before the exam date mentioned in Exam City and Date intimation link, by visiting their regional websites. Candidates will be able to download their NTPC city intimation slip from the RRB’s website by using their registration number and date of birth.
Important: As per the official notice, before entering the exam room, candidates will undergo biometric authentication at the exam centre, using their Aadhaar card. Candidates must bring either a printout of their Aadhaar or their original Aadhaar card. If candidates have not completed their Aadhaar verification before, they can do so by visiting http://rrbapply.gov.in and entering their login information.
Those who are preparing to appear in the Railway NTPC (UG) CBT1 examination should be familiar with the NTPC Exam Pattern. The RRB NTPC undergraduate exam will include 100 MCQs and will be conducted in 15 regional languages, covering subjects mentioned in the table below:
