The initial basic salary for SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 44,500, and the pay scale is structured as follows: Rs. 44,500 - 2,500 (4) - 54,500 - 2,850 (7) – 74,450 - EB - 2,850 (4) – 85,850 - 3,300 (1) - 89,150 (17 years). The total net monthly salary for SIDBI Grade A, inclusive of dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits, amounts to approximately Rs. 90,000.
