Rajasthan Police: Eligibility Criteria
Rajasthan Police Department has started a recruitment process from 4th August 2023 to fill up the posts of Constable (General/Driver/Band/Equestrian/Shwandal/Police Telecom) in various districts/Units of Rajasthan Police. This process aims to fill more than 3578 vacancies for the Rajasthan Police Constable post. (a) Citizenship:
Candidates must be Indian citizens or residents of Nepal and Bhutan.
(b) Educational Qualification:
Students who have successfully completed their 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognised school education board can apply for the available vacancies.
Rajasthan Police Regarding Telecom Vacancies Candidates must have passed 12th class or equivalent qualification in the science stream. In addition, they should have studied Physics and Mathematics/Computer Science as one of the subjects during their academic pursuits.

To be eligible for the post of constable driver, the applicant must have a permanent valid driving licence (LMV / HMV) made one year before the date of release of the advertisement.
(c) Age Limit-
As per the Rajasthan Police Subordinate Services Rules, some years of relaxation in age have been provided for all the applicants.
The age limit for various posts and categories are as follows:
Constable (GD) Jobs: Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 23 years.
Constable (Driver) Jobs: Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 26 years.
The calculation of age will be done by considering January 01, 2024, as the base.
Note: Age relaxation will be provided for the following categories as per the provisions made by the Rajasthan State Government.
