A total of 276 eligible candidates will be selected for Ground Duty (Non-Technical and Technical) and Gazetted Officers in Flying Branches through the AFCAT 2 2023 Exam. Candidates who pass the written exam will have to appear for the AFSB testing stage, after which they will be shortlisted as flying officers and sent to training. After completing flight training, cadets will be commissioned as flying officers. After three years of service as flying officers, they will be promoted to flying lieutenants after passing the departmental test.
The AFCAT 2 Examination was held on 25, 26 and 27 August 2023 in two shifts (morning and evening). Candidates can download their AFCAT 2 Results through individual login only, for which they have to enter their login credentials, such as their registered E-mail ID and password.

The result will be available on IAF’s website only through candidate login. All candidates can simply check their AFCAT 2 Results by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Candidate login and select AFCAT 02/2023 from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: A new login window will open; enter your Email ID and Password, then click on the submit button after entering the captcha code.
Step 4: Now, you can download the result and take a printout for future reference.

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the written test will now have to clear the AFSB Testing Stage-I and Stage-II and Medical Examination to be finally considered for All India Merit List.
