Rithvik Bollipalli of India partnered with Colombian Nicolas Barrientos to win the men’s doubles title of the 2025 Chile Open ATP 250 tennis tournament. The men’s singles title was won by Lalso Djere of Serbia, who defeated Sabestain Baez of Argentina.

The $680,140 prize money 250 Chilean Open tennis tournament was held in its capital city of  Santiago from 24 February to 2nd March 2025. 

The Chilean Open was an ATP 250 event. The winner of the singles won 250 ATP points and a prize money of $103,455. The winner of the doubles won 250 ATP points and a prize money of $35,980.

First ATP Title for Rithvik Bollipalli & Nicolas Barrientos as a team

The win at the Chilean Open was the first ATP title for doubles pair of Rithvik Bollipalli & Nicolas Barrientos. The unseeded pair of Rithvik Bollipalli & Nicolas Barrientos defeated the top-seeded Argentinian pair of Andres Molteni and Maximo Gonzalez in the final 6-3, 6-2.

For Rithvik Bollipalliit, it was the second ATP doubles title, having won the 2024 Almaty Open with fellow Indian Arjun Kadhe.

In the semi-final, the Rithvik Bollipalli & Nicolas Barrientos duo defeated third-seeded Guido Andreozzi and Theo Arribage 4-6, 7(9)-6(7).

Third ATP title for Lalso Djere

The 2025 Chile Open singles title was the third ATP title for the Serbian Lalso Djere. In the final, Laslo Djere defeated Sebastian Baez of Argentina 6-4, 3-6, 7-5.

Sebastian Baez was the winner of the 2024 Chile Open singles title.

With the win in Chile, Laslo Djere won 250 ATP points and has moved up in the ATP ranking to 74th in the world.

Before the start of the Chile Open, Laslo Djere was ranked 103rd in the ATP ranking.

Laslo Djere is also the first men's tennis player ranked outside the Top 100 to win an ATP tour title in 2025.
