Union Ministry of Culture organized a unique “Library Festival 2023” from 5th to 6th August 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This two-day festival was inaugurated by Indian President Mrs. Draupadi Murmu. The festival will also highlight prestigious libraries from around the world to start a conversation on the modernization and digitization of libraries in India.
