Harmeet wins Singles & mixed doubles title at WTT Feeder Caracas 2024

Harmeet Desai of India had a fabulous run at the 2024 WTT Feeder Caracas tournament, winning both the men's singles and mixed doubles titles. The World Table Tennis (WTT) Feeder Series was held in Caracas, Venezuela, from 31 October to 3 November 2024.
Harmeet Desai, ranked 90th in the world, defeated world no. 149 Joe Seyfried of France 11-7, 11-8, 11-6 in straight sets to win the singles title. Earlier in the semifinals, Hermeet Desai defeated Portugal’s Joao Monteiro. Joe Seyfried defeated Snehit Suravajjula of India in the semi-finals to qualify for the finals.
Harmeet Desai partnered with Krittwika Roy to win the mixed doubles title of the WTT Caracas 2024. The Indian duo defeated Cuba’s Jorge Campos and Daniela Fonseca Carrazana 3-2 (8-11, 11-9, 11-8, 9-11, 11-5) in a closely-fought final to bag the mixed doubles title.
This was Krittwika Roy’s second WTT Feeder doubles title after her win at the WTT Feeder Caligiri tournament. She won the doubles title at the Caligari event with Yashaswini Ghorpade.
Indian squash sensation Anahat Singh won the Costa North Coast Open 2024 women’s singles title by defeating the Japanese Akari Midorikawa in the final. The Costa North Coast Open 2024 was held at Coffs Harbour, Australia, from 30 October to 3 November 2024.
Anahat Singh, seeded third in the tournament, defeated the sixth-seeded Kari Midorikawa 3-0 (11-6, 11-6, 11-7) in the final.
The victory at the Costa North Coast Open 2024 was the sixth PSA(Professional Squash Association) Challenger title of the year for Anahat Singh.
This has been an incredible year for Anahat Singh. She won the JSW Willingdon Little Masters and Senior Tournament title and the Hamdard Squashters Northern Slam PSA Challenger title..
She also won this year's singles title in the Chennai and Kolkata legs of the HCL Squash Tour and the Reliance PSA Challenge 3 Tournament.
She could have added the Dynam Cup SQ-Cube Open title held in Japan but had to retire hurt before the final due to injury.
Anahat Singh has also won the Indian women’s senior and junior nationals this year.
At the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games in China, Anahat Singh won bronze medals in the women’s team and mixed doubles event.
