Dharmendra Pradhan is on a three-day visit to UAE from November 1

The Union Minister for Education and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Dharmendra Pradhan is in Abu-Dhabi on a three-day visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from 1 to 3 November 2023.

During his visit, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will meet several key ministers, officials, academicians, distinguished representatives of the Indian diaspora and business leaders and participate in important discussions related to the education and skills ecosystem of the two countries.

MoU signed with UAE to strengthen education cooperation:

An MoU was signed between India and the United Arab Emirates on 1 November 2023 to strengthen the existing education cooperation between the two countries.

On the first day of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's visit to UAE:

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan with Ms Sara Musallam, Minister of State for Early Childhood Education and Chairperson of Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), Dr. Ahmed Al Falasi, Minister of Education of the UAE and Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE on 1 November 2023 Met up.

IIT Delhi-Abu-Dhabi:

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan visited the interim campus of IIT Delhi-Abu-Dhabi. He also visited 42 Abu Dhabi, School for Disruptive Learning.
The Central Government had taken the decision a few months ago to establish the first chair of IIT Delhi outside the country in Abu-Dhabi.
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also participated in the interaction program with the Odia community of UAE at the Indian Embassy auditorium.

On the second day of Union Minister Pradhan's visit to UAE:

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will visit ‘Global Tech Ecosystem Hub 71’ in Abu Dhabi on 2 November 2023 and then visit BAPS Mandir.
In Dubai, Dharmendra Pradhan will visit EFS, a facilities management company, and its training facilities.
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will meet Cabinet Member and Cabinet Affairs Minister Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi. He will meet the principals of CBSE schools. Shri Pradhan will interact with IIT/IIM alumni and heads of education establishments in Dubai.

Last day of Union Minister Prime Minister's visit to UAE:

On the last day of his visit in Dubai on 3 November 2023, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will meet Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Chairman and CEO of DP World and representatives of BAPS.
